“Every challenge you encounter in life is a fork in the road. You have the choice to choose which way to go - backward, forward, breakdown or breakthrough.”

What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is a partnership between the client and coach. Much like a navigator, who rides shotgun and reads the map, a coach gives guidance and highlights landmarks to help you navigate toward your goal.
As your coach, I will ask thought provoking questions to help you achieve your full potential. These questions are designed for you to reach deep, gain clarity, and map out a path to success.
We are accustomed to seeing coaches in sports. “Get closer to the plate. Elbow up. Level out that swing. Keep your eye on the ball….” No matter what level of ball player we are, the coach can see things from their vantage point, that we are unable to see ourselves.
A life coach is similar. My training and giftings give me the coach’s vantage point. I’m going to ask you key questions, listen to all the nuances that you communicate both in your words and in your body language. I can read between the lines of your responses to hear the whispers of the heart. From this vantage point, I can help you navigate toward your goal.
Whether it’s overcoming an obstacle or progressing toward your goals—I can help you make the necessary moves so you can flourish in your God-given calling, and successfully reach your goal.

Why Do I Need a Coach?
Coaching serves as a catalyst for positive change and growth. Webster’s defines catalyst as, “an agent that provokes or speeds significant change or action.” Isn’t that what we all want? Big changes, bold moves, FAST.
Unfortunately, my initial progress was just the opposite. I fought the process, every step of the way. Clinging to childhood coping mechanisms and believing my own negative self-talk, dramatically slowed my progress in early adulthood. I was moving forward, but since I was lacking tools and a guide, my journey was slow and arduous.
Working with a coach was transformational. Talk about big changes, bold moves, FAST! From her unique vantage point, my coach helped me navigate around the obstacles and pitfalls that were holding me back, and she gave me tools to move forward toward my goals.
The first steps were the hardest. Women are caregivers, taking care of everyone else. Investing in myself was a bold move. Deciding that self-care was a priority took courage. And it will require the same from you.
The truth is that when you make an investment in yourself, not only do you benefit, but when that investment is in self-care, and becoming healthier, and becoming the best version of yourself, EVERYONE around you benefits as well.
"If you don’t go after what you want, you’ll never have it. If you don’t ask, the answer is always no. If you don’t step forward, you’re always in the same place." – Nora Roberts
