BREAKING THROUGH...
Rocks can take on many forms. You are aware of some of them—possibly because it’s easier to see them in others. Upon seeing them, you’ve even made intentional steps to overcome them, but they can also be so persistent and really stubborn. And then there are the others. Unseen obstacles that seem to elude you, but you find yourself tripping or worse—falling on your face. Here are some obstacles that my clients and I have worked through together. See if you find yourself in any of these scenarios.
IDENTITY
You have experienced past hurts, such as abuse, abandonment, or loss, and you realize that those old wounds are lingering and hindering and limiting your ability to move forward. Divorce has left you devastated and feeling discarded. Grief from the death of a loved one still overwhelms you when you try to sleep at night. You hear a nagging voice in your head that says, “You are not enough.”
You know what, I understand-- because I’ve been there. As your coach, I will help you identify and break through each of the barriers that are holding you back. And then we can set a NEW trajectory that redefines your value and your identity in alignment with who God says you are.
RELATIONSHIP
Or maybe this is you. You have a current relationship or situation that has you stuck or frustrated. Or you feel like these circumstances are blocking you from becoming the woman God has called you to be and/or accomplishing the big dreams that He has given you. You truly desire positive change, but find yourself repeating the same ineffective responses that only serve to make things worse.
As we meet, I will give you tools to address the areas that are within your control; and for the things and people you cannot change, you will gain skills to respond wisely and proactively while moving toward your goals.
PURPOSE
Being unsure about your purpose is another area that can slow down progress. Maybe you’re new to the concept of walking in your purpose. You hear people talking about having a purpose and a calling, and you have no idea what your purpose is. You’ve been told it’s beyond cooking, cleaning, and punching a time clock. But seriously—what is this all about?
As your coach, I will help you hone in on those things that make you uniquely you, and then lead you on a path of discovering your God-given purpose. When you start highlighting and spending time in your purpose, it’s like someone turned on the lights, and you can see the beauty and the wonder all around you.
THE NEXT LEVEL
For others, it’s time to level up. You know what your purpose is, and you’ve completed phase one. But now it’s time for the next chapter. You feel the same—discontentment, blah of the status quo, something more is out there, it’s time for a change—feelings that you experienced when you first began to investigate your purpose. You know that it’s time to discover, explore, and step up to a higher level.
